By accessing JP From Zero, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Additional instructions shown during an exam, account action or other feature also apply to that feature.
2. Educational purpose
JP From Zero provides language-learning lessons, notes, mock papers, articles and progress tools. Content is for education and general information. It is not a substitute for an accredited teacher, official test notice, immigration lawyer, government officer, medical professional, financial adviser or licensed recruitment professional.
3. No guarantee
AI Tutor responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete or incorrect. Users must verify important Japanese-learning, examination, immigration, employment or legal information with reliable official sources. The website does not guarantee a JLPT, JFT or skills-test pass, employment, admission, visa approval, residence status, salary, placement or any other outcome. Performance depends on the learner, the official examination, current rules and individual circumstances.
4. Immigration and employment disclaimer
Visa, residence, SSW and work articles summarise general concepts and may become outdated. Users must verify current requirements with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, Immigration Services Agency, relevant embassy, official SSW website, test provider or qualified adviser. Do not pay an agent, sign a contract or submit an application solely because of an article on this website.
5. Accounts
Users must provide accurate information, protect login credentials and notify the site through the contact page if unauthorised access is suspected. One person should not impersonate another, interfere with another learner’s records or attempt to gain administrator access.
6. Exam integrity
Mock papers are learning tools. Users must not copy, scrape, redistribute, automate, reverse engineer or publicly publish question banks, answer keys or protected exam screens. Security warnings and activity records may be used to protect the platform. Mock questions are not official JLPT, JFT or government examination questions unless clearly identified as an official permitted sample.
7. Acceptable use
AI Tutor usage is limited to eligible Elite Unlimited accounts and the subscription-based AI usage allowance, rate limits and safety controls. Do not attempt prompt injection, extract system instructions or secrets, bypass plan, credit or rate limits, automate requests, submit confidential personal information or use the AI feature for unrelated, illegal or harmful activity. Do not attack the website, bypass limits, upload malicious files, abuse forms, send spam, collect personal data, interfere with other users, use automated scraping without permission or use the service for illegal activity. Access may be limited or removed when needed to protect the website or other users.
8. Intellectual property
Original JP From Zero text, layout, graphics, generated learning visuals and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Personal study use is allowed. Republishing substantial content, selling copies, creating a competing database or removing attribution requires permission. Japanese words, official names and factual concepts remain the property or public information of their respective owners.
9. User submissions and PDF Rewards
Contact messages, feedback, corrections and PDF contributions must be lawful and respectful. Do not submit confidential documents, malicious files, examination leaks, pirated publications or material you do not own or have permission to share. By submitting a PDF, you confirm that JP From Zero may store it, review it and use an approved contribution for the educational service. Submission does not guarantee approval or publication. Each contribution approved under the PDF Rewards programme earns 10 Reward Credits once; duplicate or substantially identical files may be rejected without credit.
Reward Credits are a non-transferable website balance. One Reward Credit has a claim value of LKR 1 only inside this programme; it is not cash, cannot be withdrawn and cannot be sold or transferred. A user may reserve enough credits to request an enabled paid subscription plan at its displayed LKR price. The plan activates only after Admin approval. Rejected or user-cancelled pending claims return the reserved credits, while an approved claim consumes them. Fraud, charge manipulation, duplicate submissions or rights violations may result in rejection, an audited reversing adjustment or account restriction.
10. Third-party services
The website may use hosting, authentication, advertising or external links. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. JP From Zero is not responsible for an external website’s availability, decisions or content.
11. Availability and changes
Features may be updated, interrupted, restricted or removed. Data backups and progress synchronisation are designed to improve reliability but cannot guarantee that every record will always be available. Users should keep independent copies of important personal notes.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, JP From Zero and its creator are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from reliance on educational content, service interruption, external links, examination results, employment decisions or immigration outcomes. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Termination
Accounts or access may be suspended for serious abuse, fraud, security threats, repeated rule violations or legal requirements. Signed-in users may permanently delete their own account through My Account. The final administrator account cannot be self-deleted until another administrator exists. Limited retention may apply where required for security, law or normal backup rotation.
14. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as the website develops. The updated date will change when a material revision is published. Continued use after publication means the revised Terms apply.
